Kit Components – (1) precision polishing pad, (1) headlight lens repair & renew compound 2 fl. oz. , (4) ceramic acrylic wipes, (1) pair of protective plastic gloves.
STEP 1
Apply Headlight Lens Repair & Renew Compound to a small cotton cloth and spread product evenly over dull headlight surfaces with moderate pressure and slow back and forth motion for 30 seconds. Buff area with dry cotton cloth. Repeat if necessary to achieve max clarity. If headlight is not evenly restored, proceed to sanding step.
STEP 2
Sand Step: Use tap water to wet headlight and sanding pad. Use finger pressure on green pad #1 and rub side to side over dull or damaged areas for about 30 seconds keeping pad and surface wet with water. Flip sanding pad over to side #2 and rub in the opposite direction and only on damaged area. Wipe lens with a dry cotton cloth.
STEP 3
Reapply Headlight lens Repair & Renew Compound for 30 seconds over entire lens with more pressure on sanded areas. Wipe dry. Repeat to achieve max lens clarity. Restore both headlights before applying Ceramic Acrylic Wipe.
STEP 4
Open one Ceramic Acrylic Wipe wearing enclosed gloves and apply quickly over both headlights using even back and forth strokes. Let headlights dry about 3 to 5 minutes. Coating will fully cure in 24 hours
